An AoR Examination Board Accredited Practitioner and CNHC registrant, Lara has practised Reflexology for over 18 years. She is a Reiki practitioner and holds an additional Diploma in Preconception, Pregnancy and Post Natal Care from the London School of Reflexology. She has trained with Marie Delph, founder of the Hypno-Zone Therapy technique which utilises the Mind-Body connection through Reflexology – a gentle, safe and content free way to not only address conditions as diverse as fibromyalgia, IBS, Pain and Anxiety but also effective in releasing any emotional attachment to conditions.
Lara is committed to continued professional development and as such she undergoes regular training in holistic modalities such as homoeopathy and aromatherapy to maximise the effect of her healing work.
