As the CEO of Eurekadoc and Med CPD, Dr. Baskaradas is pioneering the change in the delivery of continuing professional development accreditation to enhance its relevance and effectiveness for healthcare workers.

He has a great passion for coaching and mentoring people to be the best they can be especially being a lecturer, an education startup entrepreneur, and a dad. Also, he is the author of two books that became Amazon bestsellers, Leadership in Health Systems: Implementing for Success and Clinical Consultation Skills for Health Professionals.

Dr. Baskaradas is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with a specialty in complex hip and knee surgery. It therefore gives him passion and drive for equity especially because of his diverse work experience. In addition to his clinical work, he also works as a management consultant in one of the Big Four firms and is a partner in Innovex-Partners focusing on healthcare innovation, patient-centered care, and efficient systems.

After attaining a Master’s Degree in Education in addition to an Executive MBA from Imperial Business School, Dr. Baskaradas has been dedicated to the profession of education as well as training.
