Dr Tiana Fischer

Dr Tiana Fischer has a wealth of experience in General Practice (GP) and offers unmatched patient care in preventive medicine and chronic disease management. She graduated from King’s College London before pursuing further studies for postgraduate qualifications under the Health Education East of England programme in General Practice.

She has gained broad experience by working in several General Practices. Her leadership roles include that of PCN Educator Lead and Long-Term Conditions Lead, whereby she has implemented care initiatives that are increasing the overall benefit to patients. Furthermore, she has a significant amount of experience in paediatric care, comfortably managing the role of Clinical Lead for Barnet Integrated Paediatric Hub, which has driven improvements in primary care services for children.

In terms of career highlights, Dr Fischer demonstrates a passion for education and service in her quest to become involved in developing clinical pathways, leading multidisciplinary teams, and organising innovative patient engagement strategies. She also specialises in women’s health, respiratory medicine, and urgent care. This ensures that she treats patients with a holistic and individualised approach.

Besides being fluent in English and Portuguese, and attuned to a diverse patient community, Dr Fischer continually updates her clinical expertise through regular mandatory training, GP update courses, and postgraduate certifications.
