Why Choose Chase Lodge As Your Physio in Mill Hill?

What Can a Physio Help Me With Me?

A physiotherapist can help you with a wide range of physical problems, from managing pain and recovering after injuries to improving movement and preventing future issues.

Assess how your body moves – We identify the causes of discomfort or limitations, and create a personalised treatment plan to help you feel stronger and move more easily.

Support recovery – helping sports injuries, muscle strains, joint problems, back and neck pain, and conditions affecting mobility. Physiotherapy is not only about treating problems after they occur; it is also about helping you understand your body and giving you the tools to keep it healthy and resilient.

Mobilisation – A physio can use techniques such as hands-on therapy, exercises, stretching, strengthening programmes, and advice on posture and movement habits. They can help after surgery by improving recovery, rebuilding strength, and restoring confidence in your body. Physiotherapists also support people with long-term conditions, helping them manage symptoms and maintain independence.

Improve function and quality of life – Whether you are dealing with pain, stiffness, weakness, balance difficulties, or reduced flexibility.

Advice – We provide advice on injury prevention, workplace posture, exercise routines, and safe ways to stay active.
