Dr. Tayyibah Munir
Dr Tayyibah Munir, a well-known practitioner with 15 years of experience, earned her MBBS from Imperial College, London, in 2006. Alongside her medical degree, she also completed a BSc (Hons) in Administration from their business school. Born and raised in Surrey, she completed her postgraduate training there and in London, gaining valuable experience in both cities.
During her career, Dr Tayyibah Munir worked across various medical fields, including surgery, paediatrics, psychiatry, emergency medicine, obstetrics, and gynaecology. This breadth of experience helped her build strong practical and theoretical skills, which paved the way for her transition into general practice. In 2015, she became a GP after earning the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) membership.
As a portfolio GP, Dr Tayyibah Munir has the flexibility to engage in different areas of healthcare. Her primary focus remains on delivering excellent primary care, but she also contributes to teaching, mentoring new professionals, and volunteering. She is especially passionate about mental health and wellbeing, which she integrates into her practice wherever possible.
