Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring tests your blood pressure regularly over 24/48 hours or more during the day and night if it is thought that you may have high blood pressure. ABPM can be done by using a cuff attached to a portable device that is worn on your waist. You can continue with your daily activities during this time.
